Please download interested articles as your convenient. If you have seen any mistake please kindly inform us by e-mail to paccon2012.proceeding@gmail.com, thank you.

 ANNOUNCEMENT: We are trying to notify to authors the final review results within time frame but we have many limitations. The final notification is now set at April 7, 2012, therefore, the authors must submit your revised manuscript within April 6, 2012, otherwise we have to reject it. The proceedings was planned to be published on-line on April 25, 2012.

The committee will contact some authors by e-mail before April 7 to inform about the selection of your papers for publication in journals. You have to confirm or refuse the selection within April 10, 2012. All other accepted papers will be published in PACCON2012 proceedings if the authors do not notify us to withdraw them within April 10, 2012. Authors have responsibility on any copyright violation, so you do not duplicated publish the same or similar materials in other journals or conference proceedings.

• The conference registration refunds are available ONLY in the following cases;
  • The submitted abstract is rejected (full refund).
  • The registration cancellation is made BEFORE 16 December 2011 (80% refund).
• Please be noted that the refund must be requested in writing by filling in the Registration Fee Refund Request Form and send it by email to paccon2012@gmail.com.
• Please state CLEARLY the details for bank transfer of the refund in the Refund Request. The method of refunding will be by BANK TRANSFER ONLY. The expenses of the transferring will be deducted directly from the refund.
